What this website collects
You can browse the product pages and local Northfield walkthrough without creating an account. The walkthrough uses temporary browser memory. It does not save your interactions to a database, local storage or a municipal system.
If you submit an enquiry, the form asks for your organization, name, business email, project stage, hosting preference, project details and consent to a response. Do not include resident records, passwords or sensitive personal information.
Why enquiry information is used
Enquiry details are intended to assess and respond to your request and discuss relevant project requirements. The consent checkbox records your agreement to this use; it is not a marketing subscription.
A configured server-to-server enquiry service receives the validated submission. This website has no local enquiry database. A request is reported as accepted only after that service returns a successful response. A network timeout can leave delivery uncertain.
Technical information and abuse prevention
A hosting provider may process request metadata, including IP addresses, browser information and request times, to operate the website. Actual provider logging and retention must be reviewed for the selected deployment.
The enquiry endpoint uses a hidden anti-spam field, size limits and temporary in-process attempt counters. When a trusted proxy is configured, a salted hash of the network address identifies an attempt bucket; raw addresses and enquiry bodies are not logged by the application. Counters expire and are not a durable security record.
Cookies, tracking and external services
No external analytics, advertising trackers, third-party embeds or application cookies are configured in this codebase. Fonts and illustrations are served with the site. A cookie banner is not currently needed for an application tracking purpose.
Any future analytics requires a separate owner decision and privacy review. Hosting-level cookies or telemetry must be checked before release and this notice updated if they change the actual behaviour.
Recipients, location and retention
The production host and enquiry provider have not been selected or verified by this implementation. Before enabling collection, the operator must record provider identity, processing locations, access, retention, deletion and contractual safeguards. No fixed data residency or deletion period is promised here.
The chosen enquiry service should limit access to people handling the request and retain information only for a documented purpose and period. Those operational settings are a release gate, not an implemented retention automation in this website.

For a question about information you have supplied, use info@astrawebdev.com when the contact channel is operational. Include enough context to identify the enquiry, but do not send identity documents or sensitive records in the form.
The operator must confirm an accessible privacy contact, legal entity details and jurisdiction-specific rights process before public lead collection begins. This implementation notice does not replace that legal review.
