This website introduces an early-stage municipal website platform. It is not an offer with fixed commercial terms, a procurement warranty or a representation of production certification. Confirm capabilities, dependencies, limitations and acceptance criteria through an evaluation and written agreement.

Fictional demonstration

Northfield is a fictional municipality. All sample notices, services and publishing interactions are illustrative. Nothing in the walkthrough constitutes a public notice, official instruction, permit application, municipal transaction or connection to a live service.

Intellectual property and licence

The owner retains Astra Civic’s platform intellectual property. Browsing the website or submitting an enquiry does not grant a platform licence or transfer IP. Any self-hosted, managed, enterprise or perpetual licence arrangement must separately define permitted use, restrictions, versions, fees and support. Third-party software remains subject to its own licences.

Proposals and delivery commitments

Prices, schedules, data residency, service levels, accessibility targets, support, maintenance and future features are quote-specific. Roadmap descriptions are not delivery promises. A signed agreement must determine the actual services, responsibilities, rights and remedies.

Responsible use

Use the site and enquiry channel for legitimate evaluation and project discussion. Do not submit malicious content, unsolicited bulk requests, credentials or sensitive resident data. The general contact form is not a secure channel for confidential procurement submissions.

Legal review and questions

The legal entity, governing law, enforceable liability provisions and jurisdiction-specific consumer or commercial requirements need qualified review before public commercial use. This page does not purport to provide a complete negotiated contract or legal advice.
